co-led by meg + allie , this retreat is intentionally designed to allow for spaciousness ; morning practice and meal times provide subtle structure + consistency to an otherwise spacious schedule to experience , explore + lean in to what is calling to you during this retreat. pop-up offerings may be organized based on the energetics of each day.

included in retreat:
7 days, 6 nights at cocoon portugal ; a 275 acre coastal farm + retreat property
shared transportation to and from lisbon (LIS) (2 hour drive south of lisbon)
3 locally + ethically sourced vegetarian meals per day
daily practice + teachings from 2 different teachers
bath towel, beach towel and washcloth for each guest
yoga props: the two yoga shalas are stocked with quality yoga props: mats, blocks, straps, bolsters. fee free to bring your favorite mat
outdoor pool + lounging
laundry ; hand washing clothes is available and complimentary & laundry service mid week during your stay for a small fee

flights to and from lisbon airport (LIS)
extra massages, surf lessons or horseback riding
