what to expect:
move through a series of yin-focused asana to prepare the body for meditation. learn how to properly set your seat. practice gentle breathing techniques and experience a guided visual journey. when the practice is complete there will be space for writing and an open circle discussion. you are also welcome to leave at any point after the practice for quiet reflection.

this workshop is designed to help you break through obstacles that are holding you back from taking action towards your dreams. whether you're trying to get through a creative roadblock or find inspiration in your 9-5 job, this is for anyone looking to build creative momentum. create your own intuitive guide through accessible techniques like movement, meditation, and writing.
how to prepare:
contemplate your goals, dreams, and desires. narrow it down and focus on the thing that feels the most time sensitive and important.
bring your own notebook and desired pen. dress cozy.

breathwork + reiki

in this 2 hour journey inward, evie will weave together solar and lunar breathwork practices, intuitively guided meditation and deep relaxation while nicole ridge offers each person reiki; a japanese vibrational medicine technique that incorporates both hands on and hand off healing.
together, these modalities will support practitioners in traversing the sacred terrains of the body, mind,heart and spirit. the journey is both up and down: a descent into our humanity and an ascent into our divinity.
breathwork, meditation and reiki are each powerful modalities on their own, and experienced together can truly expand, uplift and integrate your path of healing and remembering.this is a space where you can attend to the full spectrum of your human experience.
