a 200-hour, or any initial teacher training, is just the beginning of a lifetime of learning & unlearning, expanding & contracting.  we view mentorship, continued education and devotion to your personal practice as the essential pillars for a sustainable, grounded and authentic path as a teacher

what’s included ;

• access to all regularly scheduled practices at supta may 1st- june 30 2025

• 15 pre-recorded practices led by meg & evie (2 for each module / 5 modules total)

• 6 virtual zoom sessions, 2 hours each.

• 3-day weekend in-person intensives led by meg and evie on nantucket (accommodation not included)

• practice teaching with teacher & student feedback

• practice space holding with teacher & student feedback

• the ability to work & learn in a collaborative space of like-minded individuals

• personal support & feedback in the development of your specific modality / offering

• pdf doc’s with all training content / homework

• recommended reading + listening
