• 7 days, 6 nights at yandara retreat center; a beachfront yoga school, retreat center + intentional community in baja, mexico (just south of todos, santos)

• shared transportation to and from San Jose del Cabo airport (SJD) (1 hour drive in yandara shuttle)

• 3 locally + ethically sourced meals per day (vegetarian + optional fish as protein) ; all dietary restrictions accomodated for

• indoor, ocean view yoga shala 

• daily practice + teachings from 3 different teachers with a combined 25 years of experience

• bath towel, beach towel and washcloth for each guest

• yoga props: the yoga pavilions are stocked with quality yoga props: mats, blocks, straps, bolsters. fee free to bring your favorite mat
